By accessing or using MetricNexus ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MetricNexus is a marketing analytics platform that connects to your advertising accounts and provides unified dashboards, AI queries, and reporting tools. The Service includes web-based dashboards, API access (on applicable plans), and MCP server integration.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Data and Privacy

When you connect your marketing accounts, you authorize us to access and store your marketing data. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

6. Subscription and Payment

Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are displayed on our pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Free Trial: Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: We offer refunds for annual subscriptions within 30 days of purchase. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

7. Service Level

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify users of scheduled maintenance when possible. For paid plans, we target 99.9% uptime on a monthly basis.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding your data), is owned by MetricNexus and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetricNexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for export.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
